ProTen Services To Speak At The Facilities Show

National property preservation and environmental services specialists, ProTen Services, will be giving a seminar at The Facilities Show next week

The Facilities Show is the UK's leading FM event and is being held at the NEC Birmingham between 11 - 13^th May 2010.

Run by UBM in association with the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), this year's event is set to build on the success of the 2009 show, which saw more than 19,000 industry professionals attend. The 2009 show also won the Association of Event Organisers' Award for Best Trade Exhibition 2009.

ProTen Services have been invited to deliver their seminar, Radon Gas: Risks & Regulations in The Facilities Show Seminar Theatre on the opening day of the show.

Exposure to radon gas claims thousands of lives each year, yet many employers aren't aware that this invisible hazard could be accumulating in their workplace. This seminar aims to inform delegates about the dangers of radon, their responsibilities regarding testing and what can be done if high levels of the gas are found.

After the seminar, ProTen Services will be on hand to discuss the issue with attendees and offer advice regarding whether particular workplace buildings require testing. ProTen will also be supplying CPD certificates for attendees, if required.
